They struggled with inconsistent design work for both digital and print due to unclear guidelines. Houghton.Works resolved this by introducing a consistent new illustration style and rules, new colours and their usage, type styles, imagery, wording, and audience guidelines, leading to cohesive and consistent branding across all mediums.
